REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in fine-dining restaurant. Worked in Black Pearl/Michelin/Forbes Chinese and Western restaurant
• Knowledge of formal table setting and preparation
• With good knowledge of food trends, culinary techniques, wine pairings, and liquor offerings
• Any professional qualification is preferred – tea sommelier, wine & spirit, coffee roaster is preferred
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, any foreign language skill is an advantage
• 24 hour shifts are required
